   and surface coating process

4. Bowl size : 80mm to 300mm
   (for larger dimensions, bowls made of stainless steel)
5. Direction : clockwise or counterclockwise
6. Orientation check : Mechanical / Vision / Sensor
7. Vibrator and controller : Shinko Brand with Frequency controller
8. Assembled on XY adjustable base plate
9. Feeding rate : up to 30'000 parts / hour

For standard and non standard components. Bowls feed miniature, small and low profile parts at high speed. Flow is adjusted with a varialbe high-frequency controller.
